I QUIT (if you hate your job today come in!)

I dont get it. Its like I have to do MORE work now that im pregnant. Im an ultrasound tech (vascular, not babes ) and bc someone called out sick bc "their back hurts" I have to pick up all the slack. UM HELLO - its called sciatica and at 30 weeks preggo it $ucks! my back is KILLING me! im seriously thinking about going part time in the next few weeks. I cant handle this anymore


anyone in the same boat?

Yeah, I hate my job everyday. I'm almost 13 weeks, I dont think me or my hormones can take much more of people's attitudes and bs. I'm supposed to stay here until the end of the year, but I just dont see that happening at all. Maybe Oct will be it lol. I'm "supposed" to come back part time after 8 weeks but I dont think that's happening either. I only have 3 sick days a year and I used them, and also my vacation before I was pregnant so this is just a killer sitting in this hot office. I feel like this every single day

Maybe if I brought more food and snacks to keep me occupied it wouldnt be so bad

i was home for the holiday weekend since friday...4 days at home and im fine. i come to work, trains are delayed, and i have a headache. i hardly ever get headaches at home..always here.

i work in publishing so its nothing like your job but when u have a boss that likes to micromanage and control every aspect of every book..its enough to make you mad.

im really hoping to not come back after the baby. i love my coworkers and the company i work for, but some days the nonsense that goes on here and what pple get away with..makes me nuts.

I don't hate my job today, but I hate having to be here. I would rather be relaxing at home, at the beach or by the pool.

I'll need to come up with a new plan after the baby is born. The only thing getting me thru right now is that I only have 2.5 months left until maternity leave.

Sort of, we recently had a bunch of lay offs and I feel like I am picking up so much slack. I don't think that I should be overlooked because I am pregnant, but I just feel like I am more on the radar then ever. So when something comes up my boss thinks, oh it would be a good idea for Jennette to handle that! UGH!

I hope you can switch to part-time soon!

I can't say that I hate my job but I am finding it so hard to concentrate now that i have 7 weeks to go. Getting up in the am is getting harder & harder. I just wish I could relax at home poolside & wait for my little boy!
