Oh that is ridiculous....and you didnt throw something at his car??? I would have went off on the a-hole  I am sorry that happened...
I had a similiar experience...I went back to visit old coworkers that I hadnt seen in 2 years...and when I saw this one guys he said to me "Wow, you've put on a bit of weight"  I was like Exscuse me, I already knew that....

Sorry you were treated that way
I got into an argument with some guy once and when he couldn't think of anything else to say he told me I should eat a salad once in a while. I told him sure, I could always lose weight, but, he would always be short, bald and a moron. Shut him right up. I'm sorry you were treated so poorly.

That is horrible!!!
People used to do that to me when I was heavy... also - before my breast reduction, men on the street would say the most awful things to me...
