I really messed up!
Did anyone just REALLY mess up over the holidays?!?!?!?!
I am so upset with myself. I knew I would gain a FEW pounds but I stopped weighing in..stopped going to meetings..so I didnt try at all! I think I gained back everything I lost I swear. I am so disappointed.
I am going back the third week in January but I want to start now on my own. I just dont have the ooooomph...I feel like I cant do it again! Which is ridiculous because I was doing well before. Does anyone else feel this way? I need a PUSH!!!!!!!!

The holidays screw up everyone's diet - Don't beat yourself up - New Year .......start now. -
You have 11 whole months to lose before you have to deal with the holidays again !!

Me too!!!!
I ate like crazy while I was visiting over the holidays and not just overindulging on good stuff, tons of fast food crap!!!
When I weighed myself yesterday, I was a half pound OVER the weight that had me disgusted and forced me start WW a year ago (over that time I lost up to 11.5lbs!!! and now it's all back +).
I was stunned I had a pair of pants that fit me for my return to work today
