I have an AWESOME recipe for triple chocolate cake. Pudding, cake, chocolate chips and amaretto topping. 
That calls for a trip to LI.

BUTTERCREAM FROSTING!
okay, get ready to be super fat!!!
1 cup of butter (2 4oz. sticks)
1/8 tsp. salt
2 1/2 cups of confectioner's sugar (sifted)
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. milk
Beat the butter until fluffy (about 2 minutes). Add salt. Slowly incorporate the confectioner's sugar (and make sure you scrape the bowl to get all of it mixed in). Add the vanilla and the milk... VOILA! when you're finished... lick the bowl clean.
also, make sure you don't overmix it.... it's supposed to be nice and thick!
