I seriously don't even want to get in the shower anymore.....
My hair is falling out in LOCKS.......It is about half what it used to be......
Has anyone taken any vitamins or anything to help?
I heard it usually stops around 6 months, is this true? I think my hair will be gone in 2 months!!!!!!!!!
Advice?

And then it grows back in
I've taken Biotin to stop it, but not sure if it worked or not.
