I seriously suck at cooking meat

I followed the cambells chicken casserole recipe...thought i'd surprise DH after a long day. Well, it's almost 8 and we're starting dinner all over. I don't know whether to laugh or cry...seriously, this is bad.

Was the chicken too thick? Was it undercooked?

which chicken casserole recipe did you try?? i make the one with the rice and cream of chicken soup and corn all the time and it comes out great! maybe i could help ya out! what was wrong with it??

You know what though...don't worry about it. You don't eat meat so you shouldn't have to cook it!! Don't sweat it. Meat is overrated anyway. If he wants meat, get a take away!!!

Hang in there..my first meal that wasn't ziti for DH was a chicken casserole where I didn't read that it had to sit overnight and it was GROSS...he ate it anyway (it was cooked through, just didn't look so good..) our new food scale is based on...1 being the casserole and 10 being my grilled cheese (don't ask..haha)

I can't cook meat very well either. I can do chicken, but that's it. I don't eat any other meat so that is probably why.
