I tested on CD 25 (11 DPO) and now I'm kicking myself
I used a dollar store test and could have sworn a saw a very faint line. So I told myself not to get overly excited about it cause it was so hard to tell. Around lunch time though, I could not take it and got an EPT digital and got a BFN. It's my own fault, but now I'm sad and totally regret taking the tests at all. Grrr, now I feel like it's hopeless for this month.

Don't give up yet! 11dpo might be too early, depending on your cycle. And the digitals are less sensitive than the others.

Really? Maybe because of the price I thought I was getting more for my money. I have a 28 day cycle, so it probably was too soon. My ticker says to try my first one on Thurs with the possibility of false negative. It's just weird...it's hard to make out what is going on w/ my body since PG and AF have similar symptoms...except I have these weird cramps on my sides...though they don't feel like AF cramps . Feels like someone put a needle on both sides of my hips...but I seem to get new AF symptoms every 3 months now, so who knows
Thanks so much for the encouragement. I just had this feeling like "ok, it's over for this month" when I saw that BFN. I don't know why. I guess the closer I get to CD29 (CD1), the more I expect to see a BFP. Getting the BFN just wasn't what I was expecting.
To all!

I had strange pains on my side...actually my left side and everyone kept telling me it's normally on the right where u would feel the pain. I had these pains since 2DPO! Along with bad back pains. I tested and it was positive! So you never know! It's not over till AF shows

Re: I tested on CD 25 (11 DPO) and now I'm kicking myself
Ok, I'm glad you posted this because DH actually in concerned about this pain. It's not bad, just an annoyance, mostly on my right side (kinda where my leg connects to my pelvic area) and into my back a little. It's not constant, it's very mild, I'm not bleeding, and I have no other symptoms. DH was concerned about an etopic pregnancy (although I have no indication of ANY type of pregnancy yet). So are these pains normal? I looked it up online and I don't have any risk factors for it, but that does not mean it couldn't happen. He just had me a little freaked out. I am a little lightheaded, but that's kinda normal for me, believe it or not, especially at the end of my cycle (I bump into walls all the time).
Sorry for so many questions and rambling. Etopic pregnancies scare the heck out of me, so when he said that all sorts of alarms started going off.

I know nothing about the etopic pregnancies, but like I said I had pains in the abdominal area mainly on my left..it went into my back and sometimes down my leg. The pain was major but it was an uncomfortable feeling.

Well, I will see how this plays out tomorrow. If it gets any worse or I get any of the other symptoms mentioned online, I will call the doctor. Otherwise, I will test again.
for BFP!

Re: I tested on CD 25 (11 DPO) and now I'm kicking myself
it may be too early at 11dpo. i tested at 10dpo and got a bfn. i was so sad that i didnt test again until 15dpo (when AF was actually late) and got a bfp! the digitals arent as sensitive as the line tests and the dollar tree tests are better to use when AF is due. so i say give it 2 or 3 more days and if AF still hasnt come then take another test! good luck!
