I think I know the answer for this one....
but I need your opinions.
Would you look and take a NEW job (great opportunity) if you are in middle of planning a family?
Keep in mind this: have been at current job for 8 yrs and exceeded growth opportunities at a B.S level so no growth.
However, they are flexible.
what would you do??

Be careful...you might not be eligible for FMLA benefits if you haven't been with a company for a certain amount of time (not sure what that is, off hand).

I would take it. You say you're planning a family, so I'm thinking your not PG yet. You don't know when you're going to get PG and you also don't know when you're going to get another opportunity like this. Personally, I would take the job, earn some time, and then plan for a family later. But I don't know your situation, I'm just saying what would work for me.

ITA. In regards to FMLA. It is 1 year, 50 employees, etc... So if you were to start TTC now and got PG in a few months, by the time you have the baby it would be meet the 1 year requirement.
