I think I need a new printer...can you recommend yours?
I have cleaned the cartridges and printed out test pages and the color black and other dark colors show.
But if I try to print out envelopes or even a letter in black or a mocha color, it either prints nothing or a light color. 
I have the HP Photosmart.
