I think i pulled a muscle ...
I ran on the treadmill on Thursday for the first time in about 1-2 yrs. However I am religiously on the elliptical 4-5 days a week. Since Friday my muscle directly on my right side is hurting bad.

Oh no, try ben gay or the aspirin cream on it. I do that sometimes, but its my shin that hurts when I run. GL,
