I think I really did some damage last night....
to my relationship with my DH. He was putting Ava to bed, and lately when he puts her to bed, she flips out and has a temper tantrum because she doesn't want him to leave her. After an hour of holding it together, I started to yell at him because this never happens when I'm with her and that he's such a pushover and then it leaves me in a bad position when I'm alone with her because she gets her way with him. But I was really mean about it. Really mean. I was just so frustrated I tried to explain to him what hte problem was calmly after that, but he was tuning me out and it made me mad, so I told him that other people notice what a pushover he is, too, and how it's a real problem. I never should have said that. It was so mean Omg, my heart aches for how mean I was to him. And now he's still mad at me and won't talk to me. In the almost ten years we've been together, he's never been so mad as to not talk to me. And now he's going to work and we won't see each other until Wednesday. I'm just so sick to my stomach over this. I feel like I can't breathe. I feel so terrible that I attacked his parenting, but he's so hard to talk to when it comes to our DD, and I had been holding it in for a long time, and last night it all came out. I feel like he's never going to forgive me and I don't know how to fix it.

maybe after he gets over the initial hurt and mad feelings...you 2 just need to sit down and have a little heart to heart talk. Im sure this will blow over.

My DH & I have gotten over so truly awful things we've said to each other. I hope it blows over soon for you. No chance you can put a sleeping Ava in your car & drive to his job?

I'm sorry... hopefully after things cool down and he's ready to talk you two can discuss what happened and move on from it. Maybe it'll help if just the two of you have some time together. Set a date night and get a babysitter.
It hurts now.

Parenting is SO hard. I feel like so often my DH and I are not quite on the same page and he's a pushover too but then gets mad when I think it's inappropriate.
I have found the best time to address parenting things is when we can be along (out on a date, kids asleep, whatever) and I'm not mad about it. I too yell and say not so nice things in the heat of the moment.
I'm sure he'll forgive you just give him a little time.

Thanks, girls. I'm just so sick over this. I wish I could go to his job, but he can't leave his room, unfortunately, because he's running a tv network.
I just feel so bad because he would never say anything mean to me like I said to him, but I get so frustrated because he doesn't listen to me, even when it's not in the heat of the moment. So it builds and builds, and what was something we should have had a conversation about, I leave him feeling like he's the only one who's wrong. Ugg. I'm just getting onto a new anxiety med, and it's making me feel all out of whack, I'm having constant anxiety, and it makes me snap at him a lot. Unfortunately, he doesn't believe me that my anxiety does that to me. Ugg. It's just so hard sometimes. We're normally so on the same page and hardly fight, and this is just really throwing me for a loop.

Just give him some time to cool down and apologize again.
ETA - You will be fine. Take this from someone who when DH and I really fight, we say things to eachother that you wouldn't say to someone you hate.

I agree with this.
Also, can you leave him a note to come home to tonight? Maybe writing out how you feel would help you and he would probably appreciate it, without having to talk right now.
