I think I'm coming back... UPDATE#3
I had my appointmet today. The best I could get out of my doctor is "You're PROBABLY having an early miscarriage." Probably?!  She did an exam & said it looks like the end of my period (the bleeding is minimal & brown... sorry TMI). She drew blood & now I have to go back at noon tomorrow for a sonogram & to get the results of the blood test.
I know in my heart that it's over. I'm mostly okay with it. I just want the bleeding to stop so we can get back to tyring. The doctor said there is no need to wait & that my body will likely treat this as a period & I'll ovulate again in a couple of weeks like normal. Right now, the only thing that is really killing me is having to wait all over again. I'm so scared that it will take a while to conceive again & that will be tough for me to handle after all of this. I really hope it happens quickly.
Thank you so much everyone for your support. It's nice to know that there are so many people behind me. I'll let you know how tomorrow's appointment goes.
UPDATE: I went to the doctor. I sat in traffic on the 135 due to road work, took 45 minutes to get there, sat in the waiting room for another 45 minutes & then had a nurse come out to tell me that the sono machine is broken! Oh. My. God! I have to go back in a few hours after they get the sono machine fixed. I can't win
UPDATE 2: They can't fix the machine & they won't have another appt until MONDAY at the time I have to be in class (which I missed already fo today's useless appt). They gave me someplace else to call, but they can't get me in until Friday afternoon & I'll be at work (I can't take off again). If I want a sono, I basically have to wait until Tuesday or Wednesday of next week. My bloodwork won't even be back until tomorrow, and even that may not help depending on if my hormones dropped enough to show anything. I'm livid right now & I'm hysterical crying. I just want to know if I indeed miscarried & if it all expelled naturally. I know in my heart that I did, but I just need the confirmation. 
UPDATE 3: They are going to see me Monday night at 8:30pm. My blood results came in & they were "low", but not zero. So again it was "probably" a miscarriage, but they need the sono & another blood test first. I'm going to go ahead & say I'm back to TTC. I will be looking for a midwife (or at the very least a new gyno) as soon as I get another BFP.

um, WHY didn't they do a sono?? they could have seen something to let you know if you were or weren't having a miscarriage.

The sonographer wasn't in the office. I wish they had told me that before they made me an appointment for today & had me drive all the way over there. I'm getting a sonogram tomorrow.

ok, how far along are you?
if all you had was red and then brown bleeding, and no clots, then i think there is still a chance that everything is ok.
i am sorry you have to go thru all this

Going by when I Oed, I would be 5w6d today. I bled pink on Saturday & red on Sunday & Monday. Today is all brown. I just feel like there was too much blood for me to still be pregnant. I guess I'll know for sure what's going on tomorrow.

I'm so sorry about this... Why would she say "probably"? That pisses me off. I would be so confused by something vague like that.
Well, here's to your BFP that will be coming shortly I'm sure... I'm in such a mood today, I'm feel like scratching someone's eyes out! Either this is AF talking or I'm going to have a very angry baby... lol...
