I think im Miscarrying
I just got my BFP yesterday & went for the bloodwork. The nurse said my levels were low and to come back on Monday, but it didnt take that long for me to miscarry, i just started bleeding heavily.
I dont really know what i need to do now. Is it ok if i just let nature take its course and go back on monday so they can confirm my levels went down again?

I have no advice but I have some  for you. I am sorry for what is happening. I would definitely want to go back to the doctor to make sure things are progressing naturally.

i am so sorry hang in there, def call your doctor and let them know you are bleeding and they will tell you what thye reccommend!!

Call your dr...is the blood really red? Try to rest as much as possible...maybe they can see you today still....My thoughts are with you

Well i called the DR and they told me to go to the ER, but i can tell that things are happening naturally and i really just want to stay home right now.
Do you think it would be ok if i stayed home?
I will go to the DR on Monday, but i relaly just want to stay here now.

stay home. As long as you dont bleed too heavily stay home and take care of yourself

You might as well stay home - if it is going to happen the Er won't change anything, just make you stress more.

I wish I knew What to tell you. I know my Dr wanted me at the ER when I M/C'ed in case I needed a D & C right away ( I didnt).
I would call the Drs office back, call the Emergency line if its closed and tell them your a mess and want to stay home , they will be honest with your reasons for needing or not needing to go. Im sure they will tell you its ok.
Im so soory for your loss. I have been there, Its devestating, but time will heal some wounds, it wont hurt as much as it does now. I can promise you that

I think it's early enough on that it's okay if you don't go to the ER.
It sounds a lot like what I went through last year. Lots of BFNs, followed by a BFP and then a very low beta.
It's devastating, I know. Take care of yourself this weekend and let us know if you need anything.

I'm so sorry to hear this! There is a reason for everything in life, IMO, though we may not know it right away. Call your doctor to see what he/she wants you to do but I would go to the ER right away if you have severe cramping, pain in your shoulder or pass out.

are you experiencing carmping as well as bleeding? chances are you are miscarrying and when you start, there is no need to have a D & C. You will probably have to go back to the DR to ensure all has been naturally taken care of and nothing was left.
