I think my boss is not paying me correctly.

So I print my total work hours just before I get paid so I can compare it to the actual hours on my check. Today I got paid and I noticed I only got paid for 65 hours when I work 68 hrs 12mins This is not the first time Im noticing discrepancies in my check. For the last few months Ive noticed my check says Ive work less hours then what I actually have except in the past it was only off by 5-10mins..I know thats still wrong being that I worked those 10mins but I didnt make a big deal because it was only 10mins this week however its 3 hours pay...that is just too much. What should I do?

show your records to payroll and find out where the differences are and why. the 10 minutes you are usually off is probably due to rounding. the three hours could be a typo. and ask them to add it to your next check.

How are your hours entered? Are you swiping a time card? Entering it on the computer, or is someone manually entering them? Whoever is in charge of payroll should be able to help you
