I think my rings have to come off

I was expecting this to happen, so I ordered a little copper band from ETSY and had it engraved for the baby, I wanted to make this ring a little special and different from my wedding set. But, I am still kinda sad to take off my wedding set, I'm only 22 weeks - and for the past week or so my knuckles have been swelling, I just had to put lotion on to get my wedding band off Chat Icon

That's how mine are too, it's my knuckle that is the problem. I really don't want to take them off either, I am afraid of getting a point where I can't get them off, even with lotion.

I took mine off around 28 weeks. I should've done it earlier, but I was sad at the thought. But, I went to Kohls has bought a fake band. I feel naked without something on my hand and I get lots of looks from people who see my big belly and no wedding band.

I'm 25 weeks and definitely can see that I will have trouble in the coming weeks getting them off, my fingers have been swelling with the heat too

Re: I think my rings have to come off

Both of my rings are finally off. I took my wedding band off about a week ago. It started to get snug. I had such a hard time getting it over my knuckle. I wound up running it under cold water, using soap, olive oil and lotion to get it off. I can still wear my engagement ring sometimes. It's my knuckles that are the problem. I plan on buying a fake ring this week.

My engagement ring has been off for months and I am still able to wear one of my wedding bands. It was big to begin with. Pretty soon it is gonna have to come off too though. Chat Icon I think I am gonna do what you did Nina, and get one from Etsy. Send me the link... Chat Icon

I just noticed that since the air in my office is set at about 60 degrees I can get them on and off again ...so if I just keep my hand in ice for the remainder of the PG, all should be good! Chat Icon
