I took Liza's zumba class this morning
And holy wow, there was a news camera there from TV 55!!
It was tons of fun - her energy is off the charts (she kept it for the entire 90 minutes) and not only does she look hot teaching  , you can tell how much she really enjoys it. I poured sweat the whole time and loved every minute of it.
Look for Liza at 11 on channel 55 (am I gonna get in trouble for posting this?). I may or may not be the girl with the pony tail, white v-neck and black pants. 
Liza, thanks again for class today. It helped raise my spirits TREMENDOUSLY

A: I didn't even notice until now and

But thank you! It was amazing and you were hot as hell!
We all watched TV 55 tonight and had a good laugh watching the news clip - did you see it? It was very funny - I was very sweaty!!!

I didn't see the news clip - surprise, surprise, I had sangria for dinner and was no where near a tv but I kept laughing to myself all day remembering class!!

I was in the front row with the zumba shirt on...talking and turning on tv...classic!!! I have taken zumba with a few instructors and you were without a doubt my favorite! I loved your class! Now I want to get certified!

YOU were the gorgeous girl with the Zumba shirt!!!! You looked amazing! I was so glad someone wore a shirt - I want to get Zumba clothes so badly but right now we have other expenses  I'm hoping to rock some clothes soon so thank you for representing!
I am honored that you told me that. It is always my wish to make a class EXACTLY the way I would want it to be if I were taking it, if it makes sense.
You absolutely should get certified - it is a great experience - take it with Tanya Beardsley. She is the reason my class is like that. I see how she teaches and think I will never be like her, but I want my energy to be close. She is a superstar in Zumba world!

Liza. I'm sure my azz couldn't get through your class anyway even if I lived in NY. But I just wanted to say I think you are AMAZING-work FT do this on the side, run, take care of your little boy etc. I don't know how you do it all. I'm lucky if I get a shower in and I work from home! I don't think you have a lot of people in your life that tell you how great you are and while I don't really "know" you I think you should! (have those people I mean-confusing sentence)

That looks like it would have been fun! I can't do classes. EVER. I am soooo uncoordinated  Friends who teach always say “no way, do my class I am sure you can do it!” I have taken so many classes & always am MISERABLE because I can’t do it due to my lack of coordination. I can do stuff on my own and have taught before, I just can't mimic someone else's movements.

That is how I am and the only way I stay coordinated is when when I stand behind the instructor or behind the person is has the steps down pat.

I went to that class and I had no idea it was taught by Liza. It was so much fun!!
