i eyeball everything but i will give you the ingredients that i use-
4 eggs hard boiled
mayo
a squirt of mustard
salt and pepper to taste
sweet relish
boil and peel potatos
add all other ingredients and mix and chill. serve on bread with some tomato slices and YUMMMMM!
I also make devlied eggs the same way : )i

I do mayo and mustard and chopped celery, salt and pepper.
I don't like to mess with it too much.
