Also LOTS of boxers and socks. Guys hate to do Laundry so even if he is lazy at least he will have clean underwear and socks on!!

My BIL is about to go to college. One of the graduation gifts we got him was a book on the college he's attending. We oredered it at borders. It's called "Off the Record" (college prowler) - they publish one for each school. The authors interview a bunch of students there about all kinds of topics. We liked it b/c it gave the student perspective about college life, academics, etc.

My husband is from Binghamton-he is a townie It get really cold up there in the winter-is he into skiing? If he is there is a mountain up there called Greek Peak you could get him a few free passes

What about a sleep mask (to keep out the light) and ear plugs (for noise control)....also, staples... like Tylenol, pepto bismol, tums, bandaids, neosporin etc... hmm... gum, popcorn, DVD's....

Ahhh...I went to Binghamton.
GC's for TGIF's is always good. Nothing really good to eat up there. There is also an Outback. Lowes movie passes. Only theater there. Quarters for laundry. Rooms are really tiny, so no knick knackie stuff, will be in the way. it's cold there, a nice fleece is always welcome up there and an umbrella, rains all the time.
