I was NOT ready for this just yet - moms of boys and "private parts" (TMI!)
DS woke up this afternoon and I changed his diaper right away. And the unexpected. His little private part was a bit longer than usual.  Of course I touched to "check it out" and see what is going on and it was really hard.
OK I was NOT ready for this just yet. I thought maybe at 3-4 years old. NOT 1!!!!!!

Well usually he stays in his crib a few more minutes. I really got him out this time when he woke up and dropped it right away on the changing table. It usually takes a bit longer to do that.

This is the first time I noticed, yes!
Let's just say that I don't pick up DS the minute he wakes up. Sometimes he wakes up and chills in his crib for a while (several minutes) before I even know he is awake.
So today was really the exception. I came in his room to check on him and he woke up at the same time. I also changed his diaper within seconds of picking him up. I usually give him a hug and talk to him, etc.

i hate when its hard like that---grosses me out..lol....whats worse is when i blow air on him to dry him off after a bath and now he has a reaction to it...a giggle...ewww

I thought Dylan had a Woodrow the day Scott went back to work--when Dylan was about 2 weeks old. It certainly looked like one to me.

Robbie has always been pretty discreet about those events. NOAH - on the other hand - has no problem yelling across the room at a get together "Hey Mommy my penis is doing that up and down thing again!"

LOL yup--this is why I was scared to have a boy lol.
ETA: My friend's son just pulls off his pamper/pullup, walks around and pulls the crap out of it if she doesnt catch him first.

Ah yes!! My son just asked his Daddy "why does my willy get huge some times". My poor husband was beat red & said they all do. He came out of my sons room sat next to me & said he thought it would be a few more years before the questions. LOL
