I went out early this morning...

for an hour run...I have to go early since it's in the 90's already down here in Atlanta! Well I got caught up in my ipod and after an hour ended up over 2 miles away from home. I walked up 2 massive hills and ended up running for an hour and 25 minutes... ...it was rough because I had no hydration and was not mentally prepared.
