I won my tax grievance from 08/09
So my taxes should drop 8% and the best part is that the previous owner started the tax grievance and hired the lawyer so he has to pay the fee. Now my question is do I get a refund from the taxes for that year and after? We closed on the house in Oct. 07.

Good For you!!!
I'm selling my home and about to start the tax grievance process... anyway they told me that the buyer is going to be responsible for all the fees, not us. unless of course we don't sell by next year
