I would starve if I were on Atkins
this became apparent after my dinner of baked ziti, as I ate a bowl of stuffing for desert.

OMG I totally agree. I love to have carbs as a side dish to my carbs!
I say that all the time, "mmm...carbs with a side of carbs." Pasta with garlic bread comes to mind

i live for Carbs....and if i had to cut it all out of my diet i think i would starve as well

I agree. I love my carbs. I've tried low carb diets and I can't stick with them.

Soo true... I tried Atkins for two weeks last year and it was the worst 2 week of my life.. I was MISERABLE!
Now all I can tolerate being PG is carbs... I survive on all forms of bread and potatoes, rice , etc.. I love me some carbs
