IBS - food related
I have been eating so crappy lately (and drinking a lot of coffee) and am now dealing IBS. I know you should stay away from fats, dairy, etc. Can anyone tell me what they eat when they have a flair up? I need some suggestions!

Oh good - so you're telling me I'll be losing a couple of pounds lol!!!
LOL...its all carbs but honestly i have lost aton of weight b/c i eat carbs and nothing else hahaha... main thing is to lay off the coffee and also just give ur body a day or two to go back to normal..bland foods is all that will help it unfortunatly..i kno it s*cks! LOL

I remember went through this a while back and ended up losing weight.
My problem is I need to have more self control. When I feel like it might be creeping up on me I'll be good for a day and then I'm back to coffee and other garbage - I never give it enough time. This time though it's pretty bad - I'm really going to have to do this hardcore. I had sausage and peppers last week which I think started setting it off - I should have know better - peppers kill my stomach.

I agree with these. I also try to eat avocado's for the protein.
And definitely stop the coffee!
