ice cream cake?
does anyone have a recipe for a homemade ice cream cake? My husband loves reg cake with ice cream on it. Or any tips on spreading the ice cream across the cake without tearing it apart??

I'd spread softened ice cream in to a pan lined with plastic wrap or waxed paper, then lay the cake on top of it. Flip so the cake layer is on the bottom, peel off the plastic or paper, smooth, freeze until set.
