ice cream maker help
I just got an ice cream maker, my first batch is NOT solidifying...what did I do wrong?

Is it frozen? are you letting the paddle go around for long enough?
Homemade ice cream isn't as hard as commercial ice cream, it will be once you stick it in the freezer, but it is a different consistancy.

we have the kitchenaid attachment, not the cuisinart one
I discovered our freezer wasn't on the coldest setting, so mayb the bowl thing wasn't cold enough
But it tastes delicios anyway

it doesn't get hard until its in the freezer for a few hours.
