Icky incident at the gym
My company has a gym in the building, which is kinda crappy, but it's free. I went on the eliptical machine for a change of pace. After 8 minutes I got really sick to my stomach. I had to go into the bathroom and throw water on my face. I thought I was going to pass out or vomit. What's the deal? That has never happened to me before on the eliptical! I was on level 1 too! Did I over-excert myself after only 8 minutes on level 1? I am going back to the bike after this!!! Anyone have this happen? Did I over-do it?

sorry to hear about that..
there could be a couple of reasons you felt like that. Did you eat something at least an hour before?? Were you drinking plenty of water??

DO you have low blood pressure? This has happened to me on occassion, and I have low blood pressure.

May sound silly, but is it the time of the month? The weirdest things that sometimes have never happened before seem to happen during this time.
Its so odd? You also could have been very dehydrated and may not have known or realized it.

I'm thinking dehydration. Aunt flo has not visited. Just never happened to me before after 8 minutes of level 1.
