me too!! I thought I was the only one that still uses an actual calendar! DH and i live by it...its the one place that has all of our plans...mine, my husbands and our kids! The phone calendar is great for certain things...but i still like the old fashion calendar that everyone can look at.
I use one too. At home and at work.
Yup have one on my desk too

Erin Condren Planner. EVERYTHING important is in there, I would be lost without it. I HATE using electronics to keep track of things, I'm an old school paper and pen kind of girl. I like to be able to see everything at once and write things down.
Sarcasm.  It's who I am. 
ETA - NervousNell reminded me.............I cannot imagine life without my DVR!!!! I love that I can record something with a simple press, I never have to worry about when something is on, and NO commercials. I would be lost without my DVR for sure!!!

DVR- i can't watch shows live at all anymore.
Cell phone
GPS- I have ZERO sense of direction and sometimes still get lost even with a GPS

My DH is an addict. He has them EVERYWHERE. In his car, jacket, desk at work, all around the house. He can't function without Chapstick.

ipad I resisted getting one for a long time but have kindle app on it so I love to read on it, I love zoning out and playing games on it, I can connect online and get emails,
I hate talking on the phone so I could easily do without my phone

My Kids and DH - at this stage of my life I literally do not know what to do with myself if my kids are not with me as they are such a huge part of my life. Same for DH.
Obvious ones after that would be my parents and family members.
Then....

Coffee
Laptop
Car
Small stud earrings - wear them every day and if I forget to put them in I turn around and go back to get them.

This. DH cleaned out the couch cushions the other day and found 4 of them. I have backups in every bag so I'm never without. It's a sickness.

I hate to admit it, but my iPhone and iPad.
Iced coffee - even in the winter, except on the coldest, nastiest days and even then, maybe.
DH, DD, DS, and my parents. I literally do not know what I would do without them.
