Ideas for a newborn personaized gift
I always get one of two things for friends/family when they have a new baby.
The PBK My 1st anywhere chair
or Chamois Stroller Blanket
I love getting something personalized ..ESP...if it is a 2nd child so it is something that is not hand-me-down and somethng all their own!
Well my cousin just had a baby girl and one sister got her the blanket and her SIL got her the chair...
so now I am at a little bit of a loss! Any suggestions for a new baby girl personalized gift?!?!

I know right!?!? that is what my cousin gave to me for my two kids and BOTH my kids sleep with theirs every night They love it! It is sooo soft! but of course this is her sister so she has "dibs" on getting it! HAHAHA!

Someone sent us a personalized lunch bag from pottery barn for DS. I though it was really cute and have sent it to others. I also like pottery barn's personalized towels.
iseeme.com has really cute personalizd books. DS has my very own name and I really want to get him my very own pirate tale.

I got the CUTEST personalized burp cloth from Silly Pickles from someone. It's huge and really absorbent. I think the website is www.sillypickleskids.com I'll check the tag and if it's something else I'll edit.

I alsways give personalized gift too..
I usually do burpcloths and bibs or sometimes a very cute personalized hooded towel...
I use: lanascloset.com
or the cutest things.com
I also got the Lands end huge beach tote that was personalized and I think that is such a great gift... I use it all the time.

I usually do a PBK personalized towel or an LLBean Boat N Tote!
ETA: somebody gave DD an angeldear pillow and lovey with her name on it and they're adorable!

I use sillypickles! Erica, the owner is awesome! You can't order online though, you need to call her! Her burp clothes are to die for:) I get them for all of my friends who have babies

I got a personalized cube with DS's name, DOB, weight, length, hospital, etc... My friend got it from an etsy vendor. I love it.

I also am in the market for a new baby gift. I wanted something different, so I've narrowed it down to either a journal where the Mom can write different stories about/letters to the baby. I wish I'd had one for my DD#1. There were so many LITTLE things I wish I'd remembered to write down...just simple stuff like funny things she said, how she pronounced certain words early on, etc. Here is one I'm considering.
Or a personalized growth chart, like this one:
