Ideas for veggies....AND not into meat....

I feel like all I do is steam them or nuke them in the microwave for her...

how can I make them tastier?

Also, she's not so into meat anymore....it's gotta be a good day for her to eat all the chicken or the entire meatball I give her (she used to inhale 2 meatballs.....).

Fruit....forget it...she could eat it all day with her mac n cheese.

We usually boil her veggies, like Broccoli and Cauliflower, and mix them in with the marinara sauce and her pasta, or just open a can of peas and mix that into the marinara with pasta. You can also microwave a sweet potato and then add a dab of honey with cinnamon on top. We also mix corn with some canned salmon and give it to her that way. Last but not least, you can try a variety of soups - Alex seems to really like vegetable, tomato rotini and barley soup.

Also, maybe try giving her raw veggies? Alex likes to nibble on small carrots, cucumbers, tomato. DH makes an amazing Israeli salad with mixed cucumber, tomato, onion, parlsey and some olive oil and lemon juice. She'll eat a little bit of that.

I mix veggies into his yellow rice.

But if she's eating her veggies plain, that's great. I wouldn't even change a thing. For Jake, mixing them into his rice is sometimes the only I can get them in.

It's probably just a phase. Miranda loves fruit above anything else and is going through a no meat phase as well.
I've bought the green giant (i think) singles of broccoli and cheese and they have some others as well. What about creamed spinach?
