I would love, love, love to meet everyone finally! I work the weekends (at the spa) so I am out for day time get-togethers, but I could do:
weekday nights either Suffolk or Nassau
or
weekend nights either Suffolk or Nassau
(I don't mind traveling)

Hicksville, Westbury seem to be good places..... conveniento to a few parkways, and everyone knows where Roosevelt Field is so it a good reference point...

Or Mon. Wed. Fri. evening (most of the time anyway)
I'm way out in Port Jeff, so something in the middle for the Queens ladies, and us Easteners would be great.

On the Border is in Broadwall Mall parking lot. Do you know where the Broadway Mall is? If not, it's easy to get to.

The 25th is good for me. Although I would prefer a Friday night or weekend cause we do tend to talk a LOT at these GTGS and I cant function at coming home at like 10pm like normal and a lot of us have shots to do at night, so tahts a factor too you might wanna think about.
But...bottom line, I will probably be there no matter when it is

I just want to throw in here that I work near On The Border and it's not great. You'd be better off doing Boulder Creek.
What about Huntington - it's only a few more exits and there are a ton of restaurants?
