I remember hearing that all day long when my SIL was pregnant (our desks are right next to each other at work  ) and it drove me nuts to hear it and yet she was the one who was pregnant. 
Just do what i would do... give a wise a*s remark back!

That has to stink. I am sure you don't wanna be there either.
Then again, I have a lil less than 3 months to go and when I look at myself in the classroom mirror, I say "You still here?" to myself.
