If I stopped Breastfeeding do I have to do anything???
I hope this isn't a stupid question, but I was wondering if I can just stop. Thanks!

you may want to get some tight sports bras. You will probably become engorged and man that hurts.

I have read you need to slowly do it, otherwise you could get plugged ducts that could lead to infection.
For instance for the 1st 3 days replace 1 feeding in the afternoon with a bottle, then 2 feedings etc. leaving the last ones the morning and night feedings.
