if this is your 2nd or 3rd pregnancy and you had preeclampsia..
Did you get it again the next one? I had it with my first and nervous that I will get it again. Just wondering if anyone else had that experience.

I had pregnancy induced hypertension with my first. I was on the cusp of pre-eclampsia, but actually went into labor and delivered before it got to that point.
So far this time around I have not shown any signs. My BP has been spot on. And my OB told me just because you have it once does not mean you are more susceptible to developing it again.

I had it with my DS and again with my twins. BUT....when i was pregnant the 2nd time they just monitored my BP's and my doc said having it one time doesn't mean you will have it in the next pregnancy.

I actually had full blown eclampsia with a seizure,...this time I am being mornitored more closedly and am on BP medication
