If you are interested in Bradley Method classes

I posted this once before, but there have been a lot of new preggos lately!!!

My friend is getting her certification and needs to hold classes so they will be at a significant discount if not free. She is based in Port Jefferson and is just a great person. We used to teach together and she was a great teacher so I'm sure she would be great at this too!

Here is the description of the classes in an email she sent me
"Although Bradley recommends a natural childbirth, the class itself is empowering for those who aren't sure how they feel. It focuses on relaxation techniques, nutrition, exercise, and laboring techniques, BUT it also encourages couples to ask the right questions, be prepared, and enjoy pregnancy."
