The lasagna soup looks delish! Do you take the sausage out if it's casing of just slice it into pieces like when you make sausage and peppers?
I take it out of the casing to brown and crumble it 
I made the soup last night and it was AWESOME. Thanks!

If you are making soup tonight or this week..
My favs are Potato Bacon, Veggie Beef Barley, Chicken Noodle, Chicken Tortillini, Bean, and Stuffed Pepper Soup.
We are making Potato Bacon, and Red Chicken Chili for this week.
