they list all the sites that are selling the book you're looking for so you can find the best price from all over the internet

I *love* BOMC2 (formerly called Zooba). You make a list of books from their offerings (which are pretty good) and once a month they send you the next book on your list. It's $9.95 and most of the books are hardcover, though they are the smaller book club edition. They also have a Buy It Now option.
I also use Amazon- I cash in my coins at Coinstar and get a gift certificate.
