If you claimed the first time homebuyers tax credit for purchasing in 2009

Have you received your $8000 and were you able to file electronically?

I got my taxes done two weeks ago and we claimed this because we purchased in January. I went on irs.gov and they could not find my refund. I call my tax person who says she was "just about to call me" to tell me that we cant e-file if we claim this and we need to come in to sign the paper to mail in. Im fuming because here we are thinking its going to be in our account in less than a week and this woman didn't even submit them to begin with.

Sorry for the rambling. Was anyone else able to E-file if you claimed this?
