strange - but I'd want to "consult" on construction projects - like home renovations....I'd be able to translate the construction jargon into why they won't have running water for two more days.
A friend just did a knock-down/rebuild, and she desperately needed a feminine translation to the process. FH and I have rebuilt three houses, so oddly enough, there's not much about construction that I don't know (plus I managed a construction firm for a while). We've talked about starting our own company, but I don't think we could bear the financial risk right now.

I have my own business....food import broker...not because that is my dream job but that is what I was doing for someone else and making a lot of $ for him, so now I make the $ for myself.
I would like to work as an independent consultant for tours to Spain.... guess that's not happening!

I was showing my house this weekend and no less than 6 people said I'd make a great real estate agent... turns out one of them who told me is one. i didn't know it at the time.
Actually, I'd like to flip houses and/or consult with people on how they can "stage" their house to sell... de-clutter, clean, curb appeal!
