Depends on how old they are. If they are little bit older (about 7 or older) I'd say the Boardwalk is SO much fun!!! But, you could do it if they were younger.

The All Star resorts are designed for younger children and families and they are a lot of fun.

ETA: Animal Kingdom lodge is a great choice b/c you can look at all the animals and there are restaurants in the resort that are a lot of fun.

We went last year and stayed at the Polynesian. It was great and I think we're spoiled by being on the monorail. At least until our kids are older, I think we'll always stay at a monorail resort (Polynesian, Grand Floridian, Contemporary). When they are older I'd love to stay at the Animal Kingdom Lodge in a savannah view room.

I would say any of the 3 on the monorail for the convenience of it. It is easier to just jump on the monorail to go back to the room for a snack, nap, potty rather than wait for a bus/shuttle that makes 101 stops. Chat Icon

Yacht Club or Beach Club. We stayed at the YC a couple of times when DS was younger and he loved the pool. I loved the boardwalk area and the fact that Epcot was a short walk away and Hollywood Studios was a short boat ride. The busses stink though since they stop at like 4 resorts. The values have the most efficient bus service IMO.

Well we stayed at POP century (SOOO AFFORDABLE) It was really really nice. We loved it. If $$$ is no object polynesian looked great!! But POP is 1/4 of the price, has its own bus and the pools were great....It was emaculate too...get a preffered room its on the 1st level poolside!!!

ETA POP does not make any stops at any other hotels

Caribbean beach club is a great property w/a great pool and boat service to the parks.

We changed our reservation from the Grand Floridian on the monorail to a house rental so that everyone could have their own room and we even had our own private swimming pool. It was so wonderful and stress free!
