If you did not use sippy cups...
can you please describe the 'experience'? how long did it take your DC to get the hang of drinking from a cup?

DS didn't like the sippy cup, so we went to the bottles with the straw built in. They are very convenient, and don't spill.
Something like this, but they have other brands/styles: Straw cups
7mo DD already likes to drink from our cups during dinner, so she may transition right to cups pretty quick!

I never used bottles. I did start sippy cups at about 5 months with Jeremy then at dinner at about 10 months we stopped using the tops (a little messy at first) but he's a pro now.
