yes.. my gut said girl even though everyone around me told me boy and i started to sway

ETA: a few months before we started to TTC, my grandmother passed away. The month we started to try, I dreamt my grandma holding a tiny pink bundle in her arms and rocking her. It was so peaceful. I knew then, that I would have a daughter. She really wanted to meet my baby... I guess she did, even before I did.

And the night before I POAS, I dreamt of a little girl as well.. Chat Icon

Yes, both times. I had extremely vivid dreams before I knew I was PG and both times both of those dreams were correct.

Yes. I felt like it had to be a boy. I even had dreams about giving birth and it being a boy... and I was right! Chat Icon

I thought I was having a boy because that's what everyone told me; carried like a basketball, didn't look pregnant from the back, face didn't change etc. But I was nauseous until 20 weeks. My mom said she carried the same way with her two pregnancies (both girls). Baby was a girl. This time around I am having the same symptoms and carrying the same way, so now I am thinking girl again.

Yup, we where team green, We did not even discuss a girl name till I was getting wheeled into the OR. And once they pulled him out and said Boy we laughed.

yes.. I totally " knew" DD would be a girl and well, she was! But then again, I figure you have a 50/50 chance of being right.

Re: If you had a gut feeling about the gender of your baby...

Nope. Totally wrong BOTH times.

With my DD I was convinced it was a boy. We were shocked in the OR when they said, "It's a girl!!". Happily shocked! Chat Icon Chat Icon

With my DS I swore up and down it was another girl because my pregnancy, symptoms, and the baby's HB were IDENTICAL to that of my DD. I figured there was no way it was a boy but then SURPRISE!!...........boy!!

Clearly I have no instincts when it comes to gender! Chat Icon Chat Icon

Re: If you had a gut feeling about the gender of your baby...

Yup- I always had a feeling of girl- but I dont think I "knew" or predicted anything. I wanted it to be a girl and had a girl feeling, but there was a 50/50 chance either way so I don't look too much into those things!!
