did you need provera before trying again or were you able to just start?

I'm assuming I will need provera first... just wondering if anyone had a similar experience and what the protocol was.

you already know this, but i bled from m/c starting on 5/26 and didn't get AF again after that. went to dr. B on 7/1 and started my cycle immediately, no provera. although my lining wasnt optimal that cycle either.
