How did it begin? Did it begin with spotting? How did it progress?

I had a m/c but did not have any symptoms. But I from what others have experienced and from what I read spotting is first then painful cramps along with heavy bleeding (similar to a period).

My me, I had a very light pink streak of blood one day then nothing the next day then the day after that I woke up and there was a bit more red blood. Not enough to use a pad but it def. got on my undies. Within I would say an hour it got very heavy...then I started having period type cramps. It then got VERY heavy and didnt stop for about a week but I know the baby passed within a few hours...

Again, I hope this is not the case for you and I dont think it is since you are having brown spotting and you said the spotting has sorta stopped right? Wishing you the best

I was spotting- at first it was light and brown spotting which didnt really worry me because everyone says brown is okay. I still called the DR. Went in- everything looked okay. 2 days later the spotting went on and went from brown to pink and was still pretty light. I called the DR again- went in and thats when i found out there was no heartbeat.
I had cramps the 2nd time I called the DR and went in- they werent horrible at the time but they did get much worse.

i had 2 days of spotting, then the 3rd day i had some bad cramps and more bleeding. went to doc and at that time everything looked OK on the sono, but doctor wanted me to go home and take it easy.
that night cramps got very bad and bleeding was very heavy. went back to the doc the next am and he confirmed the m/c.

I woke up that morning and it felt like I was getting my period. Not crampy but just annoying. I went to the bathroom and bright red blood came out. It didn't stop there for weeks. I never really got cramps though.

I spotted brown for a few days, with pretty bad cramping. Then, the spotting turned pink. Two days later, I started bleeing heavily, with heavy cramping. I passed everything within a few hours.

I spotted for about a week before feeling kind of 'bloated' - I think it might have been minor cramps.

The next day was red blood, not that much but red as opposed to brown blood and spotting.

Day after was severe cramps, for about 1 hour it was extreme pain and extreme blood and the baby passed. Almost immediately, the cramps subsided to more like period cramps and bleeding was like heavy period bleeding.

Bled for a little over a week, with it tapering off after the first 2 days to a normal amount and then back to spotting for the last 2 days or so.

I wish noone ever had to ask this question

I had brown blood then it turned pink in a few hrs. By the next day, it was red and I went to the hospital. It took a few hours but it was confirmed w/the ultra sound. It took about a solid week for the bleeding to stop. I never was really in a lot of pain.
