If you have a honda odyssey or other minivan with 2 carseat in the second row....
How do you access the third row? I have 2014 odyssey which has the smaller middle seat in the 2nd row. Mod you have to remove that, and use that center "aisle" to get to the third row? Since I don't think you can slide and push the seat back down with car seat there. There will be one forward facing convertible and one base for an infant seat. Thanks. We are going on fri. To have the base installed and need to knowmifmwe have to remove that middle seat.

We used to have ours that way. Upon the suggestion of another LIFer, we took out that center seat and moved one of the captain's seats over towards the middle. That way there is a side "aisle."

I have the center seat taken out, and my two older kids are In the 3rd row so they just go through the center. I have my rf DD in the 2nd row behind the driver, so I get out and get her and my other 2 go out the other door, because they can't fit behind the rf car seat.

If you have a honda odyssey or other minivan with 2 carseat in the second row....
I have a Sienna that has that middle seat option. I took it out (It stores in the trunk). I have a front facing carseat behind driver and infant base behind passenger. There is a little cup holder car seat thing on the floor that you need to step over to get into the 3rd row, but its really no big deal at all.

I have two infant car seats in the middle row - behind driver and in the middle. Access back row from passenger side by sliding second row seat forward.

I purposely looked for a minivan with 2 captain chairs in 2nd row for just this reason. I put RF infant seat behind passenger, and FF convertible seat behind driver. DD#1 get to 3rd row through the center. And on long trips, I've been able to get into there to feed baby, or help the other 2 with what they needed.

It doesn't literally slide. You have to take the whole seat out and move it over to the next set of anchors.

We have the 2014 Odyssey too. We don't access the 3rd row too often, but when we do, we take out the middle seat in the center aisle. It's pretty easy to pass through there.
