Which one for a second Convertible Carseat
We need a second convertible for my mom and DH when I am not home. I have a Britax Marathon but quite honestly cannot afford another one right now. Any recs for a spare carseat? Thanks!

The two inexpensive quality seats that have been mentioned before are the Evenflo Triumph and the Graco Comfortsport.

Use the Comfortsport! It is wonderful and is usually between $69-$100 at Target!

Evenflo Triumph - it's our main AND second seat. LOVE IT!!! One of the highest safety ratings from Consumer Reports.

Car seat installing people get a discount at Britax and can order for you the Britax Boulevard for about 150. It is not the CS model but the previous one. You can find these people on car seats. org
That is how i got my britax boulevard. I was looking for coupon codes etc for it and a lady offered to buy and ship it to me, i paid her through paypal and it was here within two weeks from britax directly. She has done it for various people on that site.
If you know a car seat tech yourself they can get the discount for you.
(just a thought if you really wanted another britax)
Additionally cheap seats include the Scenera from Walmart and the Aveneue from Sears. BOth well under 100
