If you have a window on the wall of your shower/tub area... PLEASE COME IN!!
I am still trying to figure it out.
Our tub is located at the end of the bathroom on the external wall and we have a window there.
The entire 3 walls from the tub up are in tile. All the way to the ceiling.
How did you frame your window? With wood molding? Tile?
We have 6x6 tiles and at eye level we will have a decorative border insert of 3 inches.

Our previous house had a window in the tub area.
When DH had it redone he replaced the standard double hung with a horizontal casement that was placed above shoulder height and had a frosted piece of glass. It was edged in tile.

our window is in our tub and it's all tile. You would ruin wood or your sheetrock if you didn't tile all the way around the window, if you window is in your tub/shower.

we edged ours in granite. Long strips of granite outline the window ... That way there were only joints in the 4 corners of the window (with silicone) instead of every few inches (with grout)

Ours was trimmed with Azek, primed, then painted with white semi gloss that was made for bathroom use.

currently wood.. i can not wait to redo this bathroom top to bottom. but we have to first finish adding a bathroom in the basement
I really hate a window in the bathtup area
