If you have bedroom closet doors, that open not slide
Either single or double doors.
do you have anything mounted on the inside of your door(s) to keep organized (ie. hang purses)? What? Pics, would be great.
DH changed my sliders to doors that open and I need ideas I'm thinking mostly to hang my purses.

I don't have pictures but I have double doors.
On the right, I have an over the door, long jewelry armoire that has a mirrored door that also acts as my full length mirror.
On the left, I have shoe pockets but I'll be changing that soon and instead hang my belts and scarfs. DH doesn't know it yet but I'm taking over the office closet and building shoe shelves

Re: If you have bedroom closet doors, that open not slide
I'm afraid my closet bites. All my handbags are kept in the basement, along with most of my shoes. So it's just a mirror on one side and hooks on the other for belts, etc..

How about something like this for handbags?
I've been contemplating getting them so I don't have to harass my husband.

Yes. They had a 4 hook organizer there already but I also added command strip hooks as well. The command strips are sturdy and will hold empty purses but not one's that are too heavy. I'll try and take pics to post later.
Oh, I have double open doors.

I don't have a pic but I have an extensive necklace collection and I mounted these key racks all down the inside of the door. I have 5 rows of them, I have a TON of necklaces You could prob use something similar if you don't mind them hanging from the handle.

Re: If you have bedroom closet doors, that open not slide
Your thread motivated me.
I went and purchased a sweater organizer and cut it to suit my needs.
(I still keep most of my bags in the basement and just placed my more frequently used bags in the organizer.)
But Bed, Bath & Beyond does sell hanging purse organizers.

Re: If you have bedroom closet doors, that open not slide
My closet is large with double doors. I didn't put hooks on the door, but I mounted 6 hooks along the inside walls. I hang my robe, some handbags and belts from the hooks.
I have canvas boxes for the shelf above the hanging bar, where I store my pantyhose and tights, scarves, gloves and hats, curlers. I have a really large canvas box that stores my good handbags, totes and nylon bags are folded and stored on top of the box. Shoes are in the boxes to the right of the door opening, hidden from sight.
Poor DH has to use the closet in the other bedroom.
