My mother's side of the family lives in Guatemala and my father's side in Ecuador. DH's family is in Costa Rica.

Never I am afraid to fly. I promised her I would go down next yr. I really want to. It will be practically free. And I would love to go on their Harley Tour of the island

My brother lives in a great town right now...Avignon, France. IMAGE
and I have a sister who is backpacking around South America with her husband. They have been gone for awhile now...we get random postcards and emails. She's lived like this since college, we don't like to think about her much, its too stressful. No way to contact her, we just leave messages on her voicemail. Its her and her husband's plan to tour the world, they move around and find serving jobs. I know they are heading to Tibet in January. It all started when she began studying abroad. She started with 6 months in London, she was suppose to come home from Christmas, my parents sent her airfare, instead she took the money and bought a ticket to Cypress. Then she lived in Nice for another semester...instead of coming home for the summer, she went to Italy. She did this solo...atleast now she has him traveling with her.
I know this is long...and off topic, she always spends Christmas in Hawaii...for 3 weeks! Their lives are in their backpacks.

Well, my parents live in Ireland. I also have two aunts there, both of whom never married. Most of my cousins live in the UK, except for one in Germany and one in Hong Kong. One Aunt and two Uncles lived in London, but they are all deceased now. I also have an Uncle in Spain.
I only have my sister and my mother's cousin here in the US. Oh, and my DH, of course

DH has a lot of family in Puerto Rico actually. But no one here in the US speaks to them.
we have a lot of Puerto Rican residents on DH's side, I am never sure if its a "country" the territory thing confuses me
ITA! But it's far enough away it seems like another country!
