If you leave on Lakeshore blvd in Mass Park - please come in
We're looking to purchase a house that we really like. Its south of sunrise highway as soon as you make a right on sunrise midway...
questions:
1. Can you replace the "hurricane fence" with a nice fence or does the town not allow?
2. have you had issues with the amount of trees in your backyard?
3. Have you chopped down some trees to get more sunlight?
4. Are there many families with children on this street? We have twin boys and want them to have friends...
5. Why is this area zoned for a seaford middle school? confused...
Any feedback would be appreciated!

I don't live on Lakeshore but I think you should verify that it is seaford middle school. That sounds wrong to me.

If you live in the town of oyster bay, which you will, any tree that you take down MUST be approved by the town and you need a permit... just found that out with my parents...
the seaford school district does not make sense at all... tha should be massapequa...
as for the other questions i cant answer... but i do know that massapequa park has alot more rules then the other areas

Thats Massapequa Schools. Not Seaford.
