Didn't think of this when I froze 2 batches and then was ready to feed them this morning.

I usually put it in a bowl w/ a cover overnight or if I forget I zap it in the microwave for 10 seconds. I know killing the nutrients but what can you do!

Depending on when I need it for, I either put it in a bowl with a lid in the fridge or on the counter to thaw.

I defrost cubes overnight in the fridge. If I forget to thaw them and DD's screaming, I'll microwave them and check for hot spots.

I dont use the trays so they are all in individual containers, but i take it out of the freezer the night before. Then I just warm it on the stove quickly to get the chill out

The microwave doen't kill the nutrients in food I think it just destroys the antibodies in breastmilk. As least I hope so bc I always use the microwave to defrost fruits and veges!

I put the cubes of what I needed for the next day or so in the fridge in either covered gerber bowls or the pampered chef food prep bowls.

I would generally heat on the stove or over a hot water bath. Occasionally I'd zap in the microwave.

For fruits I'd usually just make what I needed for the next few days and store it in the fridge. I'd take out the portion I needed an hour or so meal time so it would be room temp.
